Job Description
- Act as a vital link between the client and the operations team. Participate in client calls, interact with clients frequently and communicate feedback to the operations team.
- Assist Associate Operations Account Manager in controlling cost through effective utilization of personnel, materials and equipment.
- Help Associate Operations Account Manager to recognize and reward performance and behavioral problems in team and act proactively to ensure productivity is unhampered.
- Ensure achievement of Service Level Agreement with Client.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 5 - 7 years of experience in Property & Casualty is required for this position coming from non life Insurance companies or BPO companies supporting non-life insurance process that operates in an environment wih rigorouse KPI and metrics
- Has extensive experience in queue management, handling complex work types, and resolving client complaints
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pioneer Street, Mandaluyong City
- Candidates must be amenable to work on shifting schedules, nightshift, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- MS Office proficient for reports creation and presentation
