Job Description
The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and developing the overall operation of the housekeeping department in accordance with company's guidelines along with assuring that the highest degree of quality guest care is maintained at all times.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least college level or graduate of a vocation course relating to Hotel Management;
- At least 5 years working experience in related field especially in managerial position;
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Excellent analytical, planning, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Professional appearance and cooperative approach;
- Strong leadership and result oriented;
- Excellent customer service skills
