Job Description
The Human Resource Associate assists the HR Manager in facilitating, monitoring, and professionalizing the HRD, particularly in the areas of Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Performance Evaluation, Monitoring and Appraisal, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits Administration, and Organizational Development.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a degree in Psychology, HRDM or related course;
- Preferably with at least (1) year experience in the same field;
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Keen on details;
- Good analytical and organization skills;
- Good oral and written communications; and
- Can do multi-tasking.
