Job Description
- Develop creative layouts for digital and store requirements - social media, website, Zalora and branches
- Assist on product shoots and image enhancement
- Assist in creative development of ads and photoshoots
- Create special layout request from other departments
- Posting content across the company's social media channels
- Responding to customer inquiries on all online channels
- Monitoring online orders and coordinating with Inventory and Sales Admin for dispatching
- Documenting customer activity and customer profiles in stores and online
- Collecting data from store branches (i.e.: Daily Customer Feedback)
- Compiling reports from store branches (i.e.: Customer Feedback, Traffic Count, Customer Information Sheets)
- Creating website analytics reports under the supervision of the E-commerce specialist
- Creating social metrics reports
- Creating advertisement & campaign ROI reports
- Creating promo engagement reports
- Assisting with supplier coordination for events
- Assisting with sourcing for materials and setting up in-store visual merchandising
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be taking up any business, marketing or graphic design related course
- Schoolr requirement
- With interest and basic skills in Photography
- Knowledge in video creation and editing is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Knowledgeable in different design softwares - Photoshop, Corel, InDesign, and/or Illustrator
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Internship must be a requirement of the curriculum
- Must be willing to work in Makati City
