Job Description
- Contact and coordinate with suppliers for quotations
- Help the purchasing supervisor repare the inventory to be sent to the company's stores
- Help the purchasing supervisor organize, monitory and keep track of the office's supplies and inventory
- Prepare a report of quotations for the executives to choose from
- Make sure that stock orders and requests are done ahead of time
- Other related administrative and clerical work.
Minimum Qualifications
- College Graduate of any Business or other related course
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Smart, fast and efficient worker
- Must possess strong attention to detail
- Expert in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Can start immediately
- Willing to work in Makati and do field work in Metro Manila.
