Job Description
- Helps the marketing head conceptualize, plan, develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for the company's jewelry brands
- Handles social media posting and responding to customer inquiries online
- Handles the email inquiries of the 2 jewelry brands
- Assists the marketing head in planning and organizing trunkshows, launches, bazaars or events of the company
- Assists the marketing head with store display and decoration
- Coordinates with all Mall Marketing departments when it comes to promoting or marketing the stores
- Coordinates with suppliers regarding printed marketing collaterals
- Coordinates with stylists regarding pull-outs or photo shoots
- Should have a thorough understanding of the market trends and understanding of marketing costs and lead time.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure that customer engagement, as well as sales and profitability targets, re-achieved for the brands
- Helps the company expand and gain new opportunities
- Enhance Customer relationships and experience
- Strategizing, testing, and scaling online and offline initiatives to drive company sales
- Managing marketing budget with insight into the business impact of marketing initiatives
- Developing partnerships and creative campaigns with industry leaders that are aligned with our vision
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
- Preferably candidates with Retail or Fashion background or those interested in Jewelry and Fashion
- Strong Digitial Marketing skills
- Familiar with all tools required to execute and measure digital campaigns
- Professional written and verbal fluency in English
- Preferably skilled in copywriting
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work through high-pressure moments
