• Branch and head office maintenance - hardware/software
• Branch and head office maintenance – CCTV, networks
• Make a schedule of i.t. maintenance visits for branches
• Inventory reports of hardware
• Monitoring and filing of i.t. request – job form
• Printer, computer, wifi or any appliance or machine set up
• Talking to staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues
• Setting up new user accounts and profiles
• Dealing with password issues
• Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
• Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time
• Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals e.g. software developers
• Testing and evaluating new technology
• Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Replacing parts as required
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
•Supporting rollout of new applications or systems
• Data encoding and inventory maintenance
• Managing and maintaining online websites
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Troubleshooting system, alarm security, pabx, network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
• Applications for i.t. related software and systems (such as wifi internet applications)
• Implementing software (accounting software, payroll software, engraving software etc.)
• Social network adjustments and monitoring :

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent;
• Work experience in related field is a plus;
• Knowledgeable in data encoding and inventory maintenance;
• Proficient in using MAC design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator;
• Preferably with knowledge in web design, maintaining websites and photography (video and photo editing);
• Preferably with knowledge in CCTV maintenance and set up;
• Willing to work in Makati City;
• Able to work under pressure & willing to work overtime;
• Willing to do field work and visiting branches.
