Job Description
- Primary task is to maintain cleanliness of the head office
- Does messengerial work when needed (to branches, suppliers or customers)
- Keep office clean by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming
- In-charge of keeping office toilets clean
- In-charge of keeping office pantry clean
- Wipe glass walls and office furniture and fixtures
- Wash gloves, rugs and other equipments
- Gather and empty trash bins at the end of the day and bring to assigned area of the building
- Serve executive officers and office guests with food and drinks from time to time
- May greet guests at the main entrance
- Sometimes in charge of watching workers during repairs or installations happening in the office
- Does stockroom Inventory
- Prepare logbook for monitoring of supplies and items
- Prepares/Signs Gate Pass of Head Office
- Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma in Others or equivalent
- Preferably at least 1 year experience specialized in General Work (Housekeeper, Driver, Dispatch, Messenger, etc) or equivalent.
- Honest and trustworthy
- Clean and organized
- Pleasant personality; polite
- Ability to follow rules and regulations
- Having a valid Philippine driver's license (motorcycle/sedan) is a plus
- With own motorcycle is a plus
- Willing to work in Makati
