Property Specialist  

The successful candidate for the job will be responsible for marketing and selling Rockwell Primaries' first mid-rise project, 53 Benitez. The candidate will act as a consultant to potential clients by identifying and evaluating their needs, prepares and presents proposals in order to successfully close the sale.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Achieves monthly sales budget goals and new business targets by selling Rockwell Primaries' properties through assigned selling channel.
• Conforms to all Sales Policies and Procedures for the Sales and Marketing Team ensuring proper Rockwell Sales’ conduct, decorum and culture as dictated by Immediate Superior and Sales Manager
• Identifies sales leads and new opportunities; initiates communication with incoming leads / prospects through Company’s efforts and the individual’s as well
• Assists in resolving customer’s queries, complaints or issues in a timely manner
• Maintains customer’s SharePoint Databank during the sales cycle by periodically updating customer correspondence as needed, and prepares account updated reports to immediate superior.
• Works seamlessly with other sales executives to develop strategies to attract, maintain and round potential clients
• Prepares for, attends and actively participates in sales meetings as required.
• Represents the Company with the utmost professionalism including attire, ethics and conduct.
• Performs other duties and functions as may be assigned.

• College Graduate of any 4 year course or equivalent
• Must be results-driven and has a passion for customer service.
• Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous sales or non-sales experience is preferred but not required.
