- Responsible for leading and managing a team of IT specialists to provide IT operation for the local site aligned with Business and Informatics imperatives.
- Will also act as a senior subject matter expert who will plan, deliver, manage and maintain IT infrastructure, Applications & Data systems and services to fulfill IT requirements of the local site and contribute towards Cluster goals in line with the Informatics global and regional strategy.
- Lead and develop local IT specialists through continuous coaching and guidance.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of IT management experience in business customer facing role
- 3 – 5 application/data system experience with proven track record of running high performing application and data system environments including MS SQL Server, Oracle databases, Business Objects, MS Sharepoint.
- 5 years experience providing end user support with a proven track record of meeting customer expectations, providing excellent customer service, and delivering quality and timely resolutions to support incidents and problems.
- Preferably with experience in business partnering and solutions delivery
- Experience in leading and coordinating an IT team
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Possesses excellent coordination and organizational skills
- Innovative, responsible, reliable and proactive
- Proven track record in inspiring and empowering team members.
- Excellent collaboration skills.
- Advanced English reading, writing, speaking and listening skills
- Availability to travel
