Job Description
Administrative
- Responsible for providing a wide variety of administrative support to the Department Head as well as to the other members and staff from different departments
- Can perform clerical and administrative functions such as email correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing, and maintaining paper and electronic files and records, responding to phone inquiries and etc.
Data Management
- Manage all highly confidential documentation relating to the department’s function
- Disseminate of information being asked by their superior.
- Edit, and modify data in accordance with the preference of their superior
Others
- Performs other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Must be willing to work in Libis, Quezon City.
