Job Description
The Assistant Manager for Financial Products Sales and Promotions is in charge of acquisition, relationship management & retention of the Robinsons Wallet client base. He/she is also responsible in overseeing and ensuring the proper execution of Robinsons Retail’s annual Warehouse Sale.
An Assistant Manager for FP Sales and Promotions is responsible for:
- Source new clients and business partners for the Robinsons Wallet Program.
- Build rapport and closely coordinate with existing clients and business partners to ensure the efficiency and excellent execution of the financial products such as Robinsons Wallet and Robinsons Mastercard.
- Coordinate closely with marketing teams of each business unit to ensure proper execution of promotions offered in Robinsons Wallet, Robinsons Mastercard and during the annual Warehouse Sale event.
- Plan and negotiate with third party suppliers on marketing collaterals needed for the events.
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times through timely response to customer inquiries regarding the financial products that company offers.

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-year course preferable Marketing Management, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or any related course
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Product Supervisor/Officer/Specialist or Marketing Supervisor/Officer/Specialist in a retail or service-oriented industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in managing life cycle of product planning activities, profitability, pricing strategies, client satisfaction and sales success rate
- A plus if you have experience in Financial Services and Card Marketing
