Job Description
- Timely submission of monthly performance report and analysis of business results versus budget and prior year, identifying ways to improve revenues and manage costs.
- Timely delivery of forecasts (budget, rolling forecasts, and flash estimates) and management reports based on agreed due dates. Identify and monitor risks and opportunities.
- Provide timely and proactive financial evaluation, information and advice to enable management to develop and execute plans and make informed decisions.
- Support strategic planning and transformation initiatives, including preparing consolidated financials and providing analysis and sensitivities into the business
- Provide post-marketing activity evaluation/analysis and support to Marketing and Merchandising teams.
- Work closely with the marketing and merchandising teams to drive profitability across categories and major SKUs.
- Lead regular P&L review and analysis by category.
- Ensure appropriate metrics are being used to measure growth for improving profitability, controlling expenses and enhancing productivity
Minimum Qualifications
- Accounting graduate and CPA
- Preferably with 8 years of combined commercial finance/business partnering / financial planning experience, preferably with multinational or large local FMCG companies
- Adept with preparing financial modeling scenarios
