Job Description
As HR Sourcing Specialist:
- Responsible in overseeing the full recruiting cycle of Robinsons Retail. This includes sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events.
- Can develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires
- Create strong talent pipelines for our company's current and future hiring needs
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs; Can deal with different HR counterparts and assisting on the conglomerate's various critical vacancies
- Responsible in assessing, executing, and maintaining budget recruitment resources to produce the best of breed recruitment strategies, tools, and result
- Responsible in conducting research, assessment, and implementation of tactics to ensure alignment of sourcing strategies for the BUs and Shared Services
- Conceptualize / Spearheads / Attends job fairs and recruitment activities Robinsons Retail-wide that will help spark the interest of the job seekers and professionals
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, Behavioral Science, or equivalent.
- With at least 2 years of solid related experience is required for this position.
- With Project Management and Marketing skills
- Familiarity with Social Media platforms, managing resume databases, and professional networks
- With keen understanding of the differences between various roles or positions within organizations
