Job Description

  • Develop and improve study catchments and procedure of Business Development
  • Double-check Business Development study or the Best Store Location (BSL) one month after store opening
  • Perform sophisticated and extensive data analysis
  • Do extensive data analysis in terms of Sales, GP Amount, Profit and Loss Statement and other factors that can affect performance, location and profitability of the store
  • Conduct presentation on the Store Performance Assessment at Store Expansion Group
  • Present all findings and recommendations to the respective divisions

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or equivalent.
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience working in Finance in the Retail industry or related fields.
  • With excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
