Job Description
- Conceptualizes marketing campaigns to source out potential franchisees.
- Negotiates and coordinates with external organizations for marketing exposure in various trade exhibits, conferences, seminars, forums, and events.
- Organizes participation/sponsorship in various trade exhibits, conferences, seminars, forums and events by coordinating logistics with internal & external units.
- Coordinates logistics of special franchisee sourcing opportunities such as leafleting campaigns, print advertisement, and press releases.
- Effects telemarketing campaigns (call-out, call-in, e-mail, fax) to invite potential franchisees for in-house and field accounts.
- Conducts business presentations for in-house and field accounts for sourcing of potential franchisees.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 1-year related experience is required.
- Must possess above average negotiation skills, project management skills, business presentation skills, networking skills, conceptualization & design skills, research skills, computer skills (MS Office and other computer applications)
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
