Job Description
- Consolidates daily cash position to determine excess funds for placement, and coordinate with corporate offices
- Reviews cash requirement needs of all Business Units based on available funds and due date
- Reviews request for payments for fund transfer, money market placement and petty cash replenishments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Ensures that daily collections are deposited and closely monitors resolution of noted discrepancies.
- Initiate process improvement initiatives for department efficiency and better internal controls
The candidate we are looking for should have a background in the banking industry on:
- Corporate liquidity and investments
- Forecast cash flow positions related to borrowing needs and available funds for investment
- Knowledge of debt and equity financing
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Being a CPA is an advantage
- With at least 5 years of working experience in Treasury or Corporate Finance
- Must be knowledgeable in banking and financial instruments
- With strong analytical and planning skills;
- With excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in Pasig, Libis QC area.
