CAD Architect | AutoCAD Operator  

Primary Functions:

· Assists in the preparation of design drawings and essential presentation work.

Responsible for production of Design Development Drawings up to For Construction

Documents needed for the project.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

· Assists in the preparation of concept designs and plans for housing subdivisions &

communities including creating the arrangements of structures based on prevailing codes

and laws.

· Prepares 3D models, perspective renderings, and animation.

· Develop the schematic design study's based on the requirements and parameters issued

· Conduct research about the project including codes and zoning restrictions to support the

design.

· Responsible for the preparation of Design Development Drawings up to For Construction

Documents in CAD and Specifications needed for the project.

· Collaborate with the Senior Architect on design review.

· Coordinates with other Departments, Consultants and Contractors regarding design

implementation

· Coordinates with suppliers, manufacturers, and dealers on technical information necessary

for the design and material applications

· Attend coordination meetings

Job Specifications:

· Minimum Educational Attainment: BS Architecture Graduate

· Driven, has initiative, excellent communication skills, team player.

· Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Lumion, Sketch up 3D modeling and

rendering software.
