Job Description
- Develop networks and marketing partners;
- Create activities and events;
- Promote Sales through advertisements and roadshows;
- Perform comparative market analysis;
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market condtions, prices, mortgages, requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any 4-year course;
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills;
- Good planning and analytical skills;
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent problem-solving skills;
- Proven working experience as real estate agent.
