Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
To assume the responsibility of the SPD Manager in his absence. To facilitate the overall administrative requirement of the department which includes space planning, fixturing and evaluation of concessionaires' and tenants' design proposals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage activities of store planning team in the development and creation of plans for all major and minor projects
- Implement quality and quantity control for supplies, fixtures, materials and equipment deliver on site
- Control project costs and review costs incurred to maintain a profitable level for the project
- Prepare reports, as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Architecture, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of work experience gained from any construction of retail company
- Must be amenable to do field work
- Must be willing to do field work
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
