Job Description
- Secures financial operations by monitoring financial processing, reporting, and auditing
- Meets the company’s accounting operational standards by contributing financial information to strategic plans and reviews; resolving issues and concerns
- Maintains cash flow by monitoring bank balances and cash requirements
- Supports annual audit by providing information and answers to auditors
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Maintains financial security by adhering to internal controls.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) accreditation.
- Proven experience working as an Accounting Supervisor.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- The ability to process large amounts of numerical data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
