Job Description
- Perform payroll accounting entries and maintain payroll files for employees
- Assist in payroll calculations, changes, deductions and withholdings.
- Prepare tax payments
- Organize and update company’s tax database
- Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.
- Disburses petty cash by recording entry and verifying documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- With work experience in bookkeeping, payables, invoicing, and/or auditing
- Self organized and able to work under pressure.
- Knowledgeable in financial software like MS Excel.
- Highly efficient and excellet attention to detail skill.
- Willing to work in New Manila Quezon city
