Assistant Brand Manager  

Job Description:

To participate and help in developing a brand's different faces in terms of business. They help achieve its success in the industry by developing effective marketing strategies for their brand to be competitive in the market. Assistant Brand Managers are expected to have years of experience in marketing and sales.

• Developing high quality and effective marketing materials that align correctly with the overall brand strategy.
• Realistic forecasting of sales and volume for the brand ensuring all parts of the company are agreed accordingly
• Presenting the brand strategy to manager and sales and marketing teams at internal meetings and conferences.
• Managing external agencies and ensuring marketing budgets are met.
• Analyzing the brand and current strategy and highlighting areas of weaknesses or conflicting messages
• Creating a brand plan and brand strategy and ensuring all aspects of the product or companies marketing and activities align in the goals of the brand
• Creating an enduring brand message that results in increased sales, brand loyalty and improving market share
• Monitoring their sales and profitability
• Managing all aspects of the brand through the supply chain both tangible and intangible
• Supporting the brand manager in all decision

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field required for this position
• Must know and understand advanced features of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and knowledge of HTML
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multi-task
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and high level of customer service skills
• Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig City.
