With the objective of urban renewal through an eco-friendly development, Riverbanks Development Corporation pioneers a new concept which will shape the future of retail, distribution, activities, leisure and recreation through its flagship project in Marikina City- The Riverbanks Center. Riverbanks Development Corporation was organized in 1995. In acquiring a substantial property on both sides of the Marikina River, RDC envisioned the emergence of an integrated development which will offer commercial and distribution district, leisure, recreation, hotel and residential sections in harmony with the revitalized Marikina River. With this vision, it aims to develop Marikina City into another center for trade, recreation, entrertainment and leisure.
