Job Description
- Develops, and monitor project implementation plan
- Prepare internal service level agreement (SLAs) and project timeline
- Coordinates all aspects of projct implementation.
- Monitor every step of the implementation process and project progress.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- At least 3 years of work experience in a BPO company.
- Amenable to work in Mandaluyong.
