Job Description
- Manage the warehouse, its activities and records as it relates to all outbound fulfillment, receipts, and inventory
- Coordinates with sales and operations teams on outbound fulfillment, facilitating the delivery of products, consolidated or otherwise, to the customer and troubleshooting discrepancies as the need arises
- Reviewing booking requests prior to approval and recommends to management based on best cost and transit time, that meets requirements
- Manage freight vendors, ensuring they are performing based on agreed transit and cost
- Ensures system data is accurate and up-to-date for fulfillment, receipts, item data, and others
- Create freight and warehouse analysis, and reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and generate cost savings where applicable
- Monthly inventory reconciliation of PSB system against warehouse system and identifying reason for discrepancy and recommending treatment, for management approval
- Assist in new item creation when possible
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): logistic, analysis, critical thinking, Active learning.
- Proficient in MS Exel: Pivot Tables, lockuos, macros and knowledge in MS Office, MS Access, MS Outlook, and MS Powerpoint.
- Preferably at least 1 -2 years of experienced in Supply Chain Management
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City
