RigelNet Software Development and Design is looking for Customer Support.
Job Duties:
· Supports, tests, and writes help documentation for software products, specifically behavioral health software.
· Answer support calls and emails from customers.
· Identify and report any support issues that are trending to management.
· Write internal technical documents to help future trouble shoot issues.
Qualifications:
· Strong computer skills a must.
· Good problem solving skills
· Team Player
· Excellent communication and analytical skills.
· Must be able to speak and write English fluently.
· Must be independent, responsible & have a self-initiative
· Must be willing to work extended hours.
· Previous technical support experience is a plus
· Software testing skills and able to problem trouble shoot, analyses, and figure out issues with software is a big plus
· Some hardware and networks knowledge a big plus
· Mental Health policy and knowledge
· BIG PLUS on being hired if you have knowledge in Medical billing, x12 EDI files such as 837,835, etc.
· Good understanding of Windows software; controls, menus, how they should work, etc.
· Fast learner
