Job Description
- Upon receipt of the Request for Payment (RFP) form, verifies accuracy of supplier’s invoice and reconciles against the duly approved purchase requisition (PO)forms. Coordinate discrepancy to the requestor.
- Monitors and ensure that all utility bills such as telephones, electricity , etc were processed before the due date.
- Posts all AP local transactions at the ERP Module and ensures that all payables have been recorded accurately and completely in the system.
- Perform in-depth analysis of AP Ageing Report to ensure that all payables to local suppliers are processed and paid on time and ensure that payables are maintained on it's current status.
- Sends payables confirmation to various suppliers on a periodic basis to ensure reasonableness of accounting records.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
