- Overseeing service desk team CSC and ensure that service requests are processed on time;
- Provide back-up plan in case of CSC absence;
- Monitor team and individual performance thru daily day end reporting;
- Directly in charge in the efficient operation of SPA thru daily monitoring of pending jobs, coordination with CE and Team Leaders, perform system clean-up and processing in coordination with IT;
- Perform dispatching of calls
- Provide update to customer on call service requests status;
- Collaboration with other department related to the status of service request of the customer.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Customer Service / Technical Service Environment
- Required Skill(s): Customer Service, Call Handling
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
- With Call Dispatching and handling technical people
- Knowledge in Customer Service System/CRM and MS Office
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication
