Job Description
- Ensure Sales Achievement of the Pigeon Online Marketplace Stores (Lazada and Shopee; 2 Stores)
- Support the Assistant Sales Manager in meeting the sales target of the Pigeon Online Marketplace Stores
- Process all orders from the assigned Market place store, accurately and on- time
- Ensure all costumer inquiries (via call, chat, email) are responded to, especially regarding order follow-ups or complaint or changes
- Maintain sufficient inventory level
- Regularly replenish stock of existing items
- Regularly ensure correct allocation and arrival of new stocks/ SKUs from new shipments
- Ensure consistent performance of the assigned Marketplace Store according to key metrics:
- High Customer Store Rating
- Always Ship-on-time
- Minimal to Zero returns and cancellation
- High Content Rating
Minimum Qualifications
- Advance Computer Skills
- Know how to use the internet, know how to create accounts on the internet, make changes to those accounts, and enter sensitive information using internet programs ( for example: Facebook, Lazada, Shopee, or other online accounts)
- Know advanced MS Excel skills ( Pivot Tables, LookUp, Sorting and Formulas
- Selling and Customer Service experience ( at least 2-3 years' experience)
- Some store keeping or Warehouse keeping experience ( basic handling of retail or concession space)
