Job Description
- Responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining and grow a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them. Playing an integral role in new business and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel.
- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
- Establish business plans for all current and opportunity tender business.
- Key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.
- Previous experience in Account Management or Territory Sales and display an attitude that is key to success.
- Strong account management and relationship building skills.
- Experience of managing major national accounts at head office level.
- Highly self-motivated.
Minimum Qualifications
- College degree graduate in Commerce and other business related
- course.
- At least 5-year experience in Sales Account Management. With above average strategic skills in Sales Planning and implementation on territory and account coverage.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- with experience in handling Modern Trade - Outright accounts
