Job Description
- Screen all telephone calls for Immediate superior
- Arrange and communicate appointment and calendars (eg.meetings)
- Assist in agenda preparation, gathering of information and contact all participants
- Coordination with different departments regarding requirements of immediate superior
- Preparation of minutes of the meetings
- Preparation of business letters and memorandum
- Handles all incoming and outgoing going documents
- Coordinates and prepare all necessary materials and documents with official local and foreign travel of immediate superior and other employees and clients
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the superior
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of 4-year Business related courses or equivalent
- Must have 3-4 year of working experience in the same area
- Expertise on Secretarial field is a plus
- Can work under extreme pressure
- Keen to details
- Knows how to do business letters
- Above average communication skills on both Oral and written
