Job Description
- Review anytime bank statements and monthly bank statements
- Ensures that all cleared checks are returned by the bank and debited correctly
- Ensures that Bank Advices tally with Bank Debit Memo
- Ensures that indent commissions are credited correctly by the bank and relays the information to the Cashier for official receipt preparation
- Ensures that telegraphic transfers and the corresponding charges are debited correctly by the bank
- Sends payments to principals abroad through telegraphic transfer or demand draft
- Communicates bank transactions with bank personnel.
- Checks if daily collections are deposited intact
- Monitors and prepares monthly schedule of indent commission receivables
- Prepares Cash Position Report
- Monitors outstanding accounts with suppliers and coordinates funding with Manager
- Performs other tasks as maybe assigned by immediate superior
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of 4 year Accounting course or Financial Management
- Preferably with at least 6 months working experience in the same field
- Preferably with updated NBI Clearance
