- Deliver new restaurants on time, on budget, and with added value and control project schedule.
- Support the project management of new restaurants.
- Manage supplied material orders and tracking.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledgeable in retail/ restaurant construction management experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and work both in a team and independently.
- Ability to effectively communicate with architects, contractors, and clients' representatives
