- Prepares food for back-up.
- Cooks the food according to approved recipes and procedures.
- Complies with Food Safety and Sanitation Standards.
- Conducts inventory.
- Ensures enough par stock level.
- Prepares requistion for items with low par stock level.
- Accepts / rejects deliveries.
- Carries out plating and garnishing before food is dispatched.
- Ensures kitchen wares and tools are clean before and after use.
Minimum Qualifications
- College Level or completed at least a 2-year related vocational course.
- At least 1 year relevant experience.
- Knowledgeable on basic cooking and recipes.
- Familiar with different stations in the kitchen.
- Familiar with cooking wares and tools.
