- Generates the target revenues and maintain agreed cost levels.
- Supervises the kitchen and dining operations.
- Prepares manpower schedule.
- Approves and forwards requests for replenishment of raw materials, products, and store supplies.
- Ensures preventive maintenance program for all store equiment are conducted.
- Prepares and submits required store reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- College Graduate preferrably from the following courses:
- HRM
- Nutrition and Dietetics
- Management
- Culinary
- At least 1 year experience as a supervisor.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Pleasing personality.
- Very confident in dealing with people.
