Job Description
- Explore and Develop Distributors for Fluid Solutions, Inc.’s Line of Industrial Lubricants and Greases in the following regions
- PHASE 1
- North Luzon – except Subic and non-ROC / FSI markets
- South Luzon – non-ROC / FSI markets
- PHASE 2
- Visayas
- Mindanao
- PHASE 1
- Assess financial, logistics and marketing capability of possible distributors, and make recommendations thereof.
- Establish business and sales objectives for distributors.
- Arrange and perform for all relevant sales and technical training for distributor personnel.
- Once a distributor is appointed, provide technical and commercial support, to include monthly business reviews, mini-trainings, joint customer visits with distributor sales personnel.
- Generate new sales for the company by performing the above tasks.
The successful candidate will be remunerated with a monthly compensation of at least P 30,000.00 per month, and will receive a bonus for attainment of targets. He / she will avail of the use of a company car to facilitate travelling. Other Benefits – internal and external training, medical coverage, uniform, paid sick and vacation leaves, internet and cellphone allowances.
Minimum Qualifications
- With 2-4 year prior experience in Distributor Development, especially in Lubricants Trade
- Willing to travel and must know how to drive
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
