Minimum Qualifications:
Graduated from college
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Prior experience in lubricant sales or industrial selling is an advantage.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
  • Must be familiar with common business software and must know how to drive.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
Job Description

The Sales Engineers will be compensated with a basic salary range of P 16,000.00 to 25,000.00, and will receive straight monthly commissions for sales. A company car will be provided for the transport of the sales engineer as soon as soon as field activities start. His/her activities will be supported by the department technical team. The company is willing to pay more for applicants with prior success in industrial selling.

The Successful Applicants will be tasked to:

  • Solicit sales from NEW clients involved in Machining and Grinding, or Metal Forming
  • Service existing customers
  • Perform product demonstrations and trial evaluations
  • Create reports thereof for management
