Minimum Qualifications

Requirements:

You are patient and personable with excellent written / verbal communication skills.
As this is a remote position, you must be able to travel to a co-work enviroment that offers sufficient internet connectivity. We are also open to the possibility of providing an internet connection to your home depending on cost and availability.

Your Skills:

It is essential that you are happy to work on all levels of support tickets including Level 1 tickets.
You will require MSP experience, 3 years minimum.

Demonstrable qualifications and hands-on experience required:

Connectwise (or equivalent)
N-Central, Kaseya (or equivalent)
Active directory and user management
Office 365
Networking - Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN environment, Routers, switches and firewall support
Backup experience - Veeam
Relevant Certifications
IT Policy Generation, Documentation
Networking and firewall experience, inc. Cisco IOS (Meraki, Juniper, Fortigate Desirable)
Connectwise
N-Central
Active directory
Office 365
VMware
Veeam
IP Telephony / Broadsoft - Desirable

Desirable certification or experience:

ITIL Certification
Splunk - inc. Security SplunkApps
Amazon AWS
Microsoft Azure
