IT Business Systems Analyst | Consultant  

Responsible in defining a process, testing and providing support to users during implementation and post go-live of a project. To manage a project for the duration of its implementation to its launch. Expected to drive IT-related requirements and adherence to project management methodologies, inclusive of audits and in-scope systems for various technologies used in the supported business areas. Solves organizational information problems and requirements by analyzing requirements; designing computer programs; recommending system controls and protocols.

• Degree in the field of IT, Business or equivalent experiences
• Must have experience in working with the following business areas:
  • OutSystems
  • PWA (Progressive Web App)
  • JDE
  • RWDS
  • PowerBI
  • API
  • Reactive web
  • any other initiative for the business area that may require a new technology
• Experience with integrating Outsystems applications with ERP's and reporting tools (ex: PowerBI) via API's
• Proven expertise in application design, application support and managing complex projects and programs.
• Experience in working with teams in a diverse and extended environment
• Knowledge on Sales & Distribution and IT solutions in area of responsibility (ideally with experience of having managed the relevant business process)
• Preferably with experience in working in a multinational company with high pressure environment
• Preferably with experience and exposure on JDE or any related ERP
• Strong appreciation of the processes and challenges facing the relevant function being partnered
