Job Description
- 3-4 month project to clean up invoices/finance documents for matching and filing.
- Temporary manual accounting system requires that invoices are loose leafed after printing.
- Document scanning such as invoices, credit notes, debit notes
- Document binding as per BIR compliance
- Will also be involved in transmittal of invoices and DRs to customers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Knowledgeable in excel for monitoring
- Quick learner and adaptable to change
