Job Description
- Assist in needs of Recruitment, Learning & Development and Employee Engagement including but not limited to sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, training preparation, and communication of HR-related programs.
- Assist in report creation.
- Proposes process improvement and ideas generation for the team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Taking up Psychology, Behavioral Science or Human Resource related course;
- Planning and organization skills;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Good working knowledge in MS Excel
