Job Description
- Ensures full implementation of sales and business development plans
- Develops strategies on demand creation which triggers growth in the area
- Engages with external stakeholders for continued, sustained business engagement
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to complete sales order
- Supervises, oversees delivery of after-sales service
- Prepares monthly forecasting and weekly price report for assigned area
- Conducts market assessment in assigned area, taking into consideration cement price levels, competitive deliveries (own brand and other brands) and sales opportunities, and provides analysis on data gathered
- Responds to customer complaints, both commercial or technical
- Ensures the delivery of goods ordered · Recommends selling prices to maintain competitiveness while optimizing the company’s profitability
- Engages prospective customers or projects to improve market share
- Conducts regular visit to customers to maintain good relationship and ensure efficient service
- Collects and reconciles accounts with customers, when applicable
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- Strong Sales Background and negotiation skills
- Preferably 5 years experience in field sales
- Worked in construction or manufacturing industry is a plus
- has an entreprenuer mindset
- willing to be assigned anywhere in Luzon
