Company Nurse  

Medical Services

• Attend to and follow-up of all medical-related concerns
• Assess and determine health status of employee which includes recommendation like sending the employee home or making him report back to work
• Oversee monthly medical supplies inventory, purchase, and requisition
• Dissemination of health-related bulletin on a monthly basis
• Create health and safety awareness among employees
• Refer/transport ill employees to hospital if necessary
• Secure and ensure that the sick employees submit "fit to work" certificate.
• Interpret and evaluate medical certificates
• Other adhoc task that maybe assigned from time to time

General Admin

• Purchase supply and manage office supplies, equipment and machines, pantry and other utilities
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the HR Department
• Welcome/receive Company guests/applicants
• Oversee office cleanliness and maintenance
• Ensure facilities are fully functioning

• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Compile and update employee records
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.)
• Communicate with public services when necessary
• Other tasks that maybe assigned

• Registered nurse
• BOSH training a plus, but not required
• Required: at least 1-year work experience in the related field
• Excellent English communication skills
• Computer literate
• Can work under minimal supervision
• Resourceful, responsible and detail oriented
• Willing to work in a permanent night shift
