Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors
- Coordinate and provide datas and reports for creative team and customer service team
- Manage multiple accounts handling our forums/community groups
- Increase traffic inside forums/community groups
- Provide relevant issues or content
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years work experience in chat support role, content and/or social media management role
- Experience in increasing network traffic in community groups and/or forum groups a must
- Experience in Research and Development (experience and exposure in trucking industry preferred)
- Experience in marketing background preferred
- Must have very strong English written skills
- Must be willing to work graveyard shift or shifting schedule
- Must be amenable to work in BGC
