Job Description
- Make sure sales targets of all offline selling channels are reached and exceeded consistently.
- Lead and schedule weekly and/or monthly team meetings with sales team.
- Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews.
- Ensure healthy and fruitful working relationships with current business customers.
- Acquire new business customers or partner with new selling channels that are aligned with the brand’s vision and direction.
- Lead and organize selling events and programs that are aligned with the brand's direction and sales performance.
- Establish motivational programs that will help advance the brand’s vision and sales performance.
- Track sales metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis.
- Create recommendations and actionable steps for the next cycle.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
