Job Description
Purpose of the role:
- Helps uplift local craftsmanship by partnering with aligned suppliers & developing them to constantly deliver quality local goods while being professional & following world class standards
Accountabilities:
- Supplier selection criteria & qualifications
- Contract negotiations and compliance
- Onboarding suppliers
- Supplier tests to make sure they pass our quality standard.
- Supplier performance: craftmanship, quality of products & ability to meet deadlines.
- Overall supplier relationship management
- Supplier feedback and supplier performance scorecards
- Cost negotiations and margin accountability based on cost targets
- Supplier contracts
- Supplier issues resolution
- Production schedule & supplier production progress
- Purchase to pay cycle accountability
- Supplier standards: sets the standard & continuously improves it. Uplifts standards of local craftmanship & supply.

- Outstanding communication, attention to detail and organizational skills
