Sales Manager  

Results expected from this position:

1. You meet overall sales targets (wholesale sales and retail sales targets)

2. You spearhead successful sales initiatives and programs.

3. You manage a high performing distributorship program that generates revenue for Renegade Folk & its partner distributors.

4. You maintain healthy relationships with our distributor & wholesale partners.

5. You lead & manage a team wherein all team members are performing, growing and satisfied.

6. You expand and develop additional revenue streams by exploring new business opportunities

Main Responsibilities:

1. Taking ownership and representing the sales department within Renegade Folk and to outside partners.
2. Leading and developing a high performing team to achieve results.
3. Strategizing innovative sales initiatives and programs that will optimise sales performance of Renegade Folk and its partners
4. Managing and overseeing successful implementation of programs and initiatives in the sales department
5. Improving and managing our business partnership program with Distributors & Wholesale partners while making sure it’s effective, sustainable and mutually beneficial.
6. Overseeing all retail stores and making sure all are up to par with sales performance and brand standards.
7. Exploring business opportunities that will further expand or diversify Renegade Folk’s revenue streams.
