Sales Coordinator  

Summary:

Responsible for managing and monitoring Renegade Folk’s offline stores' sales programs, marketing promotions and store activities in order to achieve sales targets & nurture long term business relationship

Developing cooperative & fruitful working relationships with all of our offline selling channels & major accounts through effective account management and customer service which should result in consistent sales achievement, strong offline marketing while complying and setting a strong, distinct standard for RF’s policies and procedure

Responsibilities:

• Point person for daily communication between RF stores, distributors, & RF HQ.
  • makes sure that there’s always clear communication & understanding about policies, workflows, RF required initiatives, etc.
  • instills ownership & buy-in for all store-related policies, workflows, and initiatives
  • gives assistance regarding responding to customer complaints and gives after sales support when needed
  • acts as a point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation, and information.
• Gathers, updates, monitors, and reports offline retail sales performance
  • verifies for completeness & accuracy
  • updates sales data (both financial & non-financial) into necessary software
  • generates necessary reports
  • imports data into necessary data dashboard for faster, easier team and partner alignment
  • shares insights & points for improvement and collaborates with other departments by having shared team insights
  • reconciles monthly retail sales figures with verified figures from accounting & distributors and updates the sales records / reports accordingly
  • develops an organized filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally
• Supports partner distributors & sales associates in sales-related activities within the company by giving necessary support & training
• Creates an RF Store Manual which will house distinct RF standards for our policies & procedures for all of our offline stores which provide maximum value to RF’s stakeholders (customers, partners, team members and RF as a company) in the simplest, fastest way possible.
• Monitors return & exchange in stores & makes sure everything is being handled accordingly
• Monitors damages received in stores (both from delivery and from customers) and makes sure proper & timely actions are taken.
• Helps implement RF HQ & store initiatives in offline stores
• Manages and creates Store & SA Scorecard based on their performance and compliance every month
