Job Description
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing effective customer service to clients/customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products, programs and services.
The job includes responding to customer's inquiries via email, segregating the issue types to the different tiers/levels, and responding and communicating with the clients on coaching, training, and extra instructions. The job may also require to perform data entry and report-generation using the Client's tracking and/or ticketing system.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least college level.
- Experienced working as an email support in a BPO/ Call Center industry is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent written and business email composition skills.
- Willing to work on graveyard shifts and shifting schedules.
- Willing to be assigned in Ayala, Makati.
- Can start ASAP.
